Brewed with Pale and Vienna malt, rolled Triticale, Hallertau Blanc, Moutere, El Dorado, and Sorachi Ace hops, and an English top-cropping yeast strain renowned for its stonefruit-like esters and enzymes capable of producing juicy hop aromatics through bio-transformation.
