Style: Imperial Pastry Stout
This is a voluptuous little number with a triple layer stack of oozy chocolate flavours from de-husked roast malt, dark roasted crystal malt and chocolate malt. Fresh, juicy berry notes from an addition of raspberry puree to the fermenter. All hugged by a shortcake crust of English Marris Otter, layers of crystal malts and vanilla. This warming, boozy number is sweet like a dessert from a naturally high finishing gravity and not from the addition of additives such as lactose.
