Who doesn't love a celebration, or at least a good excuse to party? This is Boneheads celebration sour - Elation, and it's been brewed exactly with that in mind. A mixed culture sour fermented in stainless then aged in French Oak barrels before being subtly dry hopped to accentuate stone fruit and citrus vibes. A celebration in a glass, released annually just before Boneheads birthday each year to help them, help us celebrate...their birthday, or whatever else it is you're celebrating.
