The first release of our ‘Market’ series has undergone a more extensive souring process than our core South West Sour, with a natural lactobacillus bacteria.
Once fully soured, the batch was spiked with fresh lime and coriander seed in the brewhouse. It then underwent a conventional fermentation before cucumber and juniper additions which round out the flavour profile.
