The furthest west we get in our area are the western beaches of Jervis Bay! So, we’ve named our version of a US West Coast IPA after Orion’s Beach – Famous for Phosphorescence and cheeky nude night swimming!
It’s big, dry and bitter and loaded with hop aroma and flavour.
A typical West Coast IPA where the malt takes a back seat and lets the hops do the talking!
