Brewery: Range Brewing
Style: New England IPA
Quite Frankly is a brand new IPA brewed with generous helpings of Mosaic LUPOMAX, Citra Cryo, Centennial and Citra. This IPA is the sibling of Without Doubt, an oat heavy IPA released two weeks ago. For this batch we've taken out all the oats and replaced them with multiple varieties of wheat. At 50% of the malt bill, we've really bumped up the wheat content in this one. The colour is a nice, bright hazy orange with a beautiful fluffy head. The body is smooth and full with the wheat adding a distinct crispness to the mouthfeel. Early Mosaic brings notes of berry and soft papaya with Citra and Centennial coming through late with notes of juicy citrus, lychee and passionfruit. The finish is succulent and juicy with a tropical sweetness left on your tongue.
