To keep things interesting we have taken a classic IPA base beer and thrown lactose, vanilla and an absolute buttload of hops in the mix to create a New World IPA.
Galaxy, El Dorado, Ella and Wakutu work wonderfully together to create a stone fruit forward IPA with notes of nectarine, peach and pineapple bubblegum. The lactose component adds further complexity to the already flavoursome beer.
Lower bitterness with a silky smooth body, Tip Of The Fedora is a nod to both the old and new schools
