Pouring an alluring hazy yellow, this gose was brewed with 50% pilsner and 50% malted wheat.
We added a small amount of locally sourced ocean water to the boil and fresh passionfruit purée to the fermenter.
The finished beer is fresh and fruity, lightly acidic and has a hint of refreshing ocean salt on the back palate.
