We present our second iteration of Terroir Project, using Malbec Grapes sourced locally from grape growing friends in Temecula. This ale was laid to rest in French oak puncheons with Malbec grapes where it matured and developed complexity, until the taste was just right. Thanks to our friends at Firestone Walker for including us in the Terroir Project!
