This spring-only saison is made with cherry and hibiscus and has a bright pink-red color. The taste is tart and fruity, making this a beer you'll want to enjoy thoroughly under the cherry blossom trees in the pleasant spring sky. We use Mecca Grade Gateway, a high quality malt, as part of the malt.
