Shipping & Delivery
We endeavour to process orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders should arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Melbourne Metro locations are usually serviced within 3 days. Interstate deliveries are usually a minimum of 3 days, but most often are between 4 and 8 days. Please take note of this when ordering for special occasions.
We deliver to most metropolitan and regional areas in Australia, however there are some areas within the country which are not covered by our third party delivery service. If your delivery address is outside our courier network we will contact you to arrange an alternative service. In some cases, this may require an additional charge.
Our $10 flat rate offer does not apply to all products or all locations. Please observe your individual rates at the check-out before purchasing.
Whilst we will do our best to time shipments around very warm weather, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will remain at optimal temperatures, as that is out of our control. Please take note of your local weather before ordering to ensure your goods arrive in the best condition. We will not be responsible for replacing weather damaged stock.
Our Local Delivery option is only available for certain postcodes (see accepted postcodes below). If your postcode is accepted for this delivery service, you will have the option available to you at checkout.
We are always looking to expand our Local Delivery Zone, so this may change from time to time.
We will try our best to have Local Deliveries out to you within 24 hours of your order being placed. We will send you email and/or text message updates throughout this process.
Local delivery postcodes include: 3028, 3018, 3027, 3026, 3025, 3029, 3022, 3015, 3016, 3012, 3023, 3013, 3020, 3019, 3030, 3011, 3207, 3021, 3034.
Authority To Leave
In the 'notes' section of the check-out please include any delivery instructions you may have. If you are happy for your parcel to be left at your door, please write ‘Authority to Leave’ and include instructions, e.g. 'Please leave on the porch behind the plants'.
As we deliver alcohol, A.T.L. are at the driver's discretion - they may request identification or refuse to leave the parcel if you do not have an appropriate spot to hide the package.
Ordering Online for Click & Collect
You are more than welcome to place orders online for collection from our Altona shop. We are working towards adding pickups from out other shops.
In most cases, orders will be processed and available within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification or text message stating when your order has been processed and is ready to be collected. Unfortunately, orders can NOT be collected prior to you receiving this notification.
You will need to show your email receipt and sign for your order when you pick it up so please let us know if somebody else will be collecting it on your behalf.
Orders should be collected from our store within 10 days.
