When Bright’s now-head brewer Lewis used to hold up the bar at one of London’s most popular breweries, Hackney Brewery, he had no idea this relationship would follow him across the world to Australia and result in not one but two cross-continental collaboration beers.
From the Boroughs London ESB is the second leg of this adventure – a beer that started in the London boroughs and found its way to Bright, where we took inspiration from this most-iconic British beer style and gave it a North East Victorian twist by brewing it with locally-grown Enigma hops
