Cashmere leads with its signature cushioned fruit profile, think honeydew and gentle coconut, while Simcoe adds a deeper resinous edge and notes of peach and ripe stone fruit. Cryo Motueka lifts the whole expression with concentrated citrus
oil, sweet lemon and a clean, cool finish.
