Say hello to Uptown Gulls, a crisp West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our hop-loving mates at Humble Sea Brewing (Santa Cruz, CA).
Hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Dyna Boost, Simcoe, and Nectaron, this one hits with big waves of citrus peel, pine, and tropical dankness, all balanced by a lean malt backbone and a crisp, dry finish.
It’s bright with medium bitterness and totally saturated in hop character. A West Coast IPA thats modern yet remains classic clean.
