Caution To The Wind is a new California style DIPA brewed in collaboration with our buds, Garage Project. We made significant changes to the way we dry-hopped the beer and to say we are stoked on the results would be an understatement. We lent heavily into the NZ hop varieties with Nelson Sauvin and Rakau, with a backbone hit of Mosaic and Chinook for a touch of West Coast tradition. Aromatically this beer is a powerhouse. Bold hits of berries, peach and lychee, with just a kiss of kiwi dank. Take a sip of this crystal clear nectar and you'll be met with vibrant and punchy notes of gooseberry, apricot, lychee, berry medley and a fantastic and lingering sticky NZ resin.
