Pouring a bright golden hue, this West Coast IPA has been filled to the brim with fresh hops both hot side and cold. So much that we actually found our limit stuffing NZ Pacifica, Centennial and Mosaic in the whirlpool vessel, to the point the we lost liquid for hop intensity (quality over quantity, ya dig?)
Once left to gently and slowly ferment, copious amounts of Riwaka, NZ Pacifica and Mosaic were dry hopped into the fermenter.
We are left with a crisp, bright, and extremely tropical brew that begs for another sip.
Expect punches of orange rind, passion fruit, grapefruit zest, sweet kumquot and ripe mango.
A light piney bitterness keeps all aspects in check for an IPA you can keep coming back to.
This brew pushes all our buttons!
