To craft this complex, full flavoured and hearty smoked beer, our brewer used four different types of smoked malts. Beechwood smoked, Cherrywood smoked, Mesquite smoked and Peated malts combine to evoke a meaty fireside flavour experience.
A clean bittering hop and a neutral yeast strain allow the layers of smoke, sweet complexity and background roastyness to take centre stage.
