Origin: New Zealand
A unique celebration of some of New Zealand’s finest wild food. Brewed using hand smoked pōhutukawa malt and finished with foraged kawakawa leaves and an addition of Moon Shell clams to the boil. Rich sweet amber malt, savoury smoke and spicy kawakawa meld with a subtle hint of ocean brine.
Originally brewed for the Hokitika Wild Food Festival.
