Always keen to try out a new way to add hops to our beer... This West Coast IPA utilises Mosaic Spectrum, a revolutionary liquid dry hop (we know that's an oxymoron). We've balanced that out with plenty of citrus and tropical hop character from Citra and Kohatu for this hoppy little number.
