We’ve started this sour’s journey with a lean foundation that really lets the fruit shine in a massive way. We’ve added Australian Pineapple, NZ Feijoa, Fijian Coconut Water, Chinese Gooseberries, and some Key Lime. Soured with our house lacto culture and finished off with a kiss of sea salt.
