Is it that time of year already? With Autumn just around the corner we wanted to be ready for the seasons to change, so we’ve cooked up Crossroads, a brand new Red IPA. We’ve gone with a generous helping of Mosaic and Citra, then finished it off with a modern twist with a hit of Strata. We start with a deep auburn colour that pours crystal clear with a toasty little off-white foam. On the nose we're getting whiffs of blueberry, ripe mango and candied citrus peel. Take a sip and upfront you'll be met with a beautifully balanced malt profile that highlights the light caramel malts featured in this beer
