Collaboration with Fox Friday Craft Brewery
F Sake is a brand new collab with Tassie legends Fox Friday. They visited us last month for JUICY Fest and we were stoked to bring this banging Westy your way. We've gone light and lean on the malt bill, for a super light colour and high level of clarity. What comes next is a hard and fast assault of modern hops putting a slightly more tropical hit on this recipe. We've used Riwaka SubZero Hopkief, Rakau SubZero Hopkief, Citra, Riwaka, Simcoe Cryo and Citra Cryo for an ultra punchy bouquet of passionfruit pulp, extra sticky mango and a hint of old school pine and resin. The body is uncomplicated yet full and well rounded, allowing glorious fresh hop notes to shine.
