Home Again is a brand new Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout conditioned on toasted coconut and cacao nibs to create the ultimate Rum Ball experience. For this special Christmas treat, we’ve raided our barrel program and hand selected our favourite barrels to blend. This beer consists of our house Imperial Stout base aged for 12 months in ex-Cape Byron Distillery Single Malt barrels, as well as 6 months in ex-sherry casks from The Walrus Distillery (a new project from friends of ours that is coming soon). Straight away we get warming notes of rich chocolate, vanilla, toasted coconut and a healthy dose of whisky
