In collaboration with Bonehead Brewing
Flemish style red ale / fermented in two neutral barriques for 10 months w/ a blend of pediococcus, lactobacillus, brettanomyces and saccharomyces.
Packaged on 27th March 2023 and keg conditioned for 11 weeks.
Dark cherry, cola and spice sing on the nose.
The palate is light but it carry's a gorgeous depth and richness with it.
